Great location next to the bus station ! Room was ok and clean ! Staff are very nice and offer nice breakfast (eggs, ham, cheese and juice) Good deal 👍🏼

Very nice hostel. Clean and nice rooms with privat bathroom. Very service-minded, friendly and helpful staff, speaks decent english. Provide luggage storage, e.g during trip to Torres del Paine. Excellent breakfast, nothing fancy but with what you need and great scrambled eggs. Good location, you can walk to any place in Puerto Natales. Would absolutely recommend this hostel.

We had a great stay before and after we did the W-trek. The hotel staff is super friendly, rooms are clean, beds are nice and the showers warm and steady. We were also able to leave our luggage in this hotel during the W-trek which felt safe and was very convenient. Location of the hotel is a bit outside of the city centre but very close to the bus station which is also convenient if you do the W-trek. Highly recommended!

The best place to stay in Puerto Natales. Beatrice is super kind, helpful and lovely. We were lucky to spend two nights at short notice and she helped us with useful information, luggage storing for free, pain killers and mich more. Totally recommendable. Michas gracias Beatrice!

5 stars and beyond! The best hostel. Great service, food, and staff! Very Clean. The staff goes above and beyond to help make your stay great. Our stay (5 nights) was amazing.
